Leaders
The Flourishing Journey is specifically intended for people in positions (or places) of influence, authority, accountability and responsibility.
We work with a range of organisational leaders across different types of entities (private and public, for profit and not-for-profit).
We also work at both a board/governing body level (directors, councillors, steering committee members) as well as executive/management (mainly senior management) level.
Individuals and Teams
The Flourishing Journey can be deployed for both individuals as well as teams (and, where appropriate, the specific journey can contain a combination of both individual and team elements).
